3 4oz Talapia Loins
1 Fresh Lime
3 Tablespoons MarDona Prickly Pear Grilling Sauce
3 Tablespoons MarDona Artichoke Dip

Pre-Heat Oven 350 degree
Squeeze Lime onto Talapia Loins top and bottom.
Mix Prickly Pear Sauce and Artichoke Dip and spread on Loins in a baking pan.
Heat in baking pan until Talapia flesh becomes white.
Remove from oven and plate it with whatever you want. (as per Kathy)

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
MarDona Garlic Olive Oil Spray
1 cup Drew's Organic Salsa
1 tsp d'Oni Burning Desire Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp mild chili powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 pound cooked, skinless chicken breast, diced
2 cans white beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
4 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Cabot Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste.  Sprinkle of parsley (optional).
 
Makes 4 servings.

Directions 
 
Spray MarDona Garlic Olive Oil in a large pot on medium high heat and add onions and garlic.  Cook until soft.  Stir in chicken broth, spices, hot sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add cooked chicken, salsa and white beans and simmer for additional 5 minutes.  Serve topped with shredded cheese (optional) and more hot sauce to taste.  Delightfully delicious and filling.

 Ingredients
    1 lbs boneless skinless chicken
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup chopped sweet red peppers
    1 small mango
    1 small orange
    32 sprays MarDona Garlic Spray Oil
    2 oz MarDona Prickly Pear Grilling Sauce


Directions

Spray no stick pan with olive oil. Saute onions and pepper until lightly browned. Remove and set aside. Cut breasts in quarters. Saute until cooked through and through. Add 1 tbsp of MarDona Prickly Pear Grilling Sauce. Add juice of 1/4 orange. Add onion and pepper mixture. Stir together. Add mangos and cook about 1 minute more. Serve on plate. Garnish with orange slices. Fresh asparagus makes a nice side dish.

Balsamic Steak Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Crust Organic Rustic Pizza Crust
  • 6 Oz Sirlon Steak
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 10 Drizzles MarDona Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 Oz Fresh Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
  • 8 Spray MarDona Garlic Olive Oil Spray

Directions

Slice steak into narrow strips and set aside. Coat pan with 6-10 sprays of MarDona Garlic Olive Oil Spray. Place onions in pan and cook until slightly browned. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes longer and add 5-6 streams of MarDona Balsamic Glaze,cover and cook 1-2 more minutes. Next, add steak into onion and mushroom mixture and cook to your liking. Add 5-6 more streams of Balsamic Glaze. Set aside. Cook pre-made Rustic Pizza Crust (or other brand) in oven as per directions. Five(5) minutes BEFORE pizza is fully cooked, remove from oven. Spread onion and steak mixture on crust. Next add sun dried tomatoes, followed by the crumbled blue cheese.
